Awning cleaning is not the type of service you should let just any Joe Shmo do. Nine times out of ten the guy is doing more damage than cleaning it.

You need to know how some fabric react to different chemicals or you could damage it.

On the right the first photo you see is an awning the is faded and striped of it sealer.  This was serviced by a so-called awning cleaner that only power washed it.  They never even put the right type of sealer on the awning, that if they seal it at all.
